it went fast and there two interviews one over the phone and one in person. Asked questions in how I would go about a customer situation and how I would solve the problem and have the customer leave satisfied.
Standard interview. We discussed about past work experience, how you've handled conflicts in the work place, why you see yourself working here, etc. Asked about job flexibility as I was in school at the time of the interview.

3 Rounds of Interviews. HR, manager and District manager. Process seemed straight forward. Asked question such as: what do you want to work at Fedex Office. What skills can you bring to the table. Can you multitask...etc

Interview
First there was a phone interview where I was asked about why I wanted this position. Next was an in person interview with my center manager. I was asked about prior positions and why I left my previous job. Then I met with a regional manager to see if I was fit for this position.
