Multiple interviews, after 2 months they paused the position's interview process and resumed about a month later and requested a few 30-45minute interviews with other departments. After completing this and totaling 7 separate interviews along with a take home project that took several hours, they notified me that the company decided not to fill the position after all. It's crazy to think how much time they wasted of mine along with their own employees.
