I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Feb 2016
Interview
I had a connection at an Investor Center in Cambridge, MA. The first step was meeting with a branch manager in person and going over my resume. The next, and final, step in the process was a HireVue interview, which is basically a video app you have to download and record yourself answering the interview questions that are provided for you in the app.

1 recruiter screen and then a 30 minute 2 on 1 with senior managers. The recruiter screen is super basic but the 2 on 1 they pick apart your resume alot and ask job specific questions to gauge knowledge.
