They hired me on the spot due to my knowledge of the company. I was lucky because at the time they were desperate, but Fidelity prides on people who know their business model and their culture. Therefore, don't expect to make a splash in your interview unless you know your stuff.

Started the first round with a phone screen. I mentioned that since my spring quarter overlaps with the start date, there would be a slight conflict. Theny ended the call on the spot.

Interview
The process was very smooth and easy. Got a HR interview (asked about yourself and gave a behaviorial) and Final interview which was about 45 minutes. It was all. behavioriual questions so don't stress too much.
2 phone calls, one with HR and another with the team I would intern with. Relatively quick and to the point without too many difficult questions.They offered the position almost immediately after the second call.
