After filling out the application online, and sending a resume, I was invited to do a one way video interview. This interview allowed me to express a few things about my past experience as an employee.

Phone call interview and then panel interview. It was pretty average in difficulty and the whole interview process spanned about two months. I did my interviews virtually since I don't live there.
