It is a behavioral question interview. It is a bit difficult considering the position. You would think you were applying for a six figure position. In my opinion it is a bit over the top

Phone call interview and then panel interview. It was pretty average in difficulty and the whole interview process spanned about two months. I did my interviews virtually since I don't live there.
