I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Jan 2025
Interview
Interview process itself was pretty streamline, applied in september, didn't get a response until december. Started off with a casual recruiter screening. Asked for 1 principle of OOP during that call. Then moved onto final interview. Asked a very broad range of topics like dev-ops, git, frontend, backend, coding languages, OOP was a big topic. It's ok to not know some of the topics, the interviewer was very nice about it and would explain things that you didn't know.
