Typical process until the end: phone screen with HR followed by 2 in person interviews. The hiring manager was uninterested and as I learned later, had already decided to hire from within so this was cursory at my expense. The training professional loved all my ideas and wrote them down for her potential future benefit. Very frustrating for the candidate!
