I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Firstsource Solutions (Colorado Springs, CO) in Dec 2016
Interview
Very simple. Applied this morning and got a call back mid-afternoon, the same day. After a few questions about my employment history and what I want from a job, I was asked to answer a some questions regarding hypothetical customer service scenarios. I must have answered the questions to the interviewers satisfaction, because she offered me a position soon after ...which I happily accepted. The job is seasonal (which fits my needs perfectly), so maybe that would explain why the interview process was so easy.
They do drug test and run a background check.

The first stage was usually an initial screening call where basic questions were asked about my experience, availability, and motivation for applying. This was fairly relaxed and focused on confirming eligibility for the role.
The main interview involved competency-based questions, such as handling difficult customers, working under pressure, and meeting targets.

Interview
Easy to find location with a professional and welcoming atmosphere. The interview panel was friendly, approachable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Everyone was very welcoming, and smart casual attire was appropriate. I would definitely recommend attending an interview with this company.
I had one online interview, it was very easy, asked me couple of competency questions and offered me the job soon. I don’t know the process now but they always used to hire many candidates
