Interview
I was attempting the interview for the International voice process in Firstsource. The Interview was held at RMZ Ecospace campus of Firstsource. There was 3 rounds. 1st was the Typing test. Then there was phone interaction where I had to identify what was said though the phone. Then there was the HR interview.
The first stage was usually an initial screening call where basic questions were asked about my experience, availability, and motivation for applying. This was fairly relaxed and focused on confirming eligibility for the role.
The main interview involved competency-based questions, such as handling difficult customers, working under pressure, and meeting targets.

Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer and how you handled it.
I had one online interview, it was very easy, asked me couple of competency questions and offered me the job soon. I don’t know the process now but they always used to hire many candidates

Interview
Easy to find location with a professional and welcoming atmosphere. The interview panel was friendly, approachable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Everyone was very welcoming, and smart casual attire was appropriate. I would definitely recommend attending an interview with this company.
