The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fisher Investments in Aug 2011
Interview
It is a pretty simple interview. I went in and met with the recruiter that contacted me in the first place. He took me into a room and then asked me standard questions, "Why do you want to work here", "tell me about a time..." After those typical questions, he talked about that the position consisted of (Account Executive).
After we were finished, he introduced me to two other 'bosses' and they interviewed me as well.
Basically, you have to interview all of the recruiters one after another.
Similar to most other interviews, very basic questions testing fit and values. Multiple rounds, but mostly wanted to learn more about you and why you wanted to work for Fisher.
It was clear and easy. The people were very friendly and they made sure to aska range of questions. There were 3 rounds I believe. The first two were more in depth to gauge character
I applied online. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Plano, TX) in May 2026
Interview
Three rounds of interviews. The first one was on zoom. Second one was on site with a tour of the property. Final was on zoom again. Final interview was definitely the most difficult. At the end of the final interview I was told the hiring managers were going to review candidates and that I would hear from them by the end of the week. I never heard from them again. Very strange. Thought after 3 rounds of interviews they would at least reach out to tell me no.
