The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Camas, WA)
Interview
Very thorough process with a phone interview, skype interview, and an in-person interview in the Camas, Washington office. Fisher was very good with communicating and got back to me quickly with any questions I had. Spoke with mostly current account executives and managers who were formerly account executives. Questions started with them getting to know me and whether I would be a good fit with the firm. After that, almost all of the questions revolved around why specifically I was interested in a sales job.

Question 1
With having a more analytical background, why are you applying to this sales role?
Similar to most other interviews, very basic questions testing fit and values. Multiple rounds, but mostly wanted to learn more about you and why you wanted to work for Fisher.
It was clear and easy. The people were very friendly and they made sure to aska range of questions. There were 3 rounds I believe. The first two were more in depth to gauge character
I applied online. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Plano, TX) in May 2026
Interview
Three rounds of interviews. The first one was on zoom. Second one was on site with a tour of the property. Final was on zoom again. Final interview was definitely the most difficult. At the end of the final interview I was told the hiring managers were going to review candidates and that I would hear from them by the end of the week. I never heard from them again. Very strange. Thought after 3 rounds of interviews they would at least reach out to tell me no.
