Interview
It was over an in person interview at my schools job fair. My interviewer was laid back and nice. He first talked about the company, then asked me a few questions, and at the end let me ask him a few questions. It was a simple process. I did get a call back for second interview.
It was clear and easy. The people were very friendly and they made sure to aska range of questions. There were 3 rounds I believe. The first two were more in depth to gauge character

Interview
Three rounds of interviews. The first one was on zoom. Second one was on site with a tour of the property. Final was on zoom again. Final interview was definitely the most difficult. At the end of the final interview I was told the hiring managers were going to review candidates and that I would hear from them by the end of the week. I never heard from them again. Very strange. Thought after 3 rounds of interviews they would at least reach out to tell me no.

It was a 30 minute phone interview with the hiring team basically going through my resume asking questions about it as well as some behavioral questions. It was. average difficulty overall and I made to the next interview.
