I applied online. I interviewed at Fisher Investments in Mar 2021
Interview
First had a phone interview with a recruiter after I applied. Then had two separate interviews with Team Leaders/ Managers of AE's and then finished with a video call of a current AE to ask any other questions I had. All took about 45 minutes. The interview felt formal, but they were very nice. I got a lot of the same type of questions so I had to really think of good answers without repeating myself. I think there is one more interview after this. Waiting to hear back still.

Question 1
How would you respond to someone who doesn't want to talk to you on the phone?
Similar to most other interviews, very basic questions testing fit and values. Multiple rounds, but mostly wanted to learn more about you and why you wanted to work for Fisher.
It was clear and easy. The people were very friendly and they made sure to aska range of questions. There were 3 rounds I believe. The first two were more in depth to gauge character

Interview
Three rounds of interviews. The first one was on zoom. Second one was on site with a tour of the property. Final was on zoom again. Final interview was definitely the most difficult. At the end of the final interview I was told the hiring managers were going to review candidates and that I would hear from them by the end of the week. I never heard from them again. Very strange. Thought after 3 rounds of interviews they would at least reach out to tell me no.
