Pretty standard. Submitted my resume through company site. It was followed by a phone screen with a recruiter. Upon passing the phone screen, you are asked to come in to the office and interview with a vice president, a team leader, and a member of the sales team. Interview lasted over an hour.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Pretty standard behavioral questions, they want to see if you can fit in to the team and if you can handle high volume calls on a daily basis.
Similar to most other interviews, very basic questions testing fit and values. Multiple rounds, but mostly wanted to learn more about you and why you wanted to work for Fisher.
It was clear and easy. The people were very friendly and they made sure to aska range of questions. There were 3 rounds I believe. The first two were more in depth to gauge character
I applied online. I interviewed at Fisher Investments (Plano, TX) in May 2026
Interview
Three rounds of interviews. The first one was on zoom. Second one was on site with a tour of the property. Final was on zoom again. Final interview was definitely the most difficult. At the end of the final interview I was told the hiring managers were going to review candidates and that I would hear from them by the end of the week. I never heard from them again. Very strange. Thought after 3 rounds of interviews they would at least reach out to tell me no.
