A recruiter reached out through LinkedIn because FI was opening a new location in Costa Rica. From there, the process was very smooth. First, the regular screening phone call, then I was contacted by one of their in house recruiters (Marley), who made sure I was kept updated and informed at all times. A few days after, I was invited to the office, where I was interviewed by 4 different managers and sent home with a book. I took that as a good thing. If you’re reading my review because you’re applying for a position with them, be patient because the background check can take from two to four weeks. Finally, I got a call from one of the managers that interviewed me offering the position. I accepted.
