First you to have a phone interview, then video interview asking many questions about yourself and the company with hiring manager , background check, third phone call interview with group vice president

Interview
Three parts in total during the process, and it was in the order of phone-zoom-phone. Not very hard, mostly about past experiences and behavioural questions. The speed of hearing back the results depends on job openings.

Think about a time when you weren’t given clear guidance on a project or task. How did you handle the situation?
It was a pretty basic interview. They just asked me questions about my experience and how I could apply it to the role. After rehearsing what I did in my previous experiences, it was pretty easy to translate it to the interview.

Interview
I really enjoyed the interview process. Screening was easy and the talent acquisition team very helpful. Since it was one of my very first interviews in my career it really boosted my confidence going into the job.
