I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at FleishmanHillard (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2017
Interview
Began with an initial phone screen, then a group phone interview, and a writing test - my entire interview process was virtual. Because I interviewed during the holiday season, it took a very long time for me to receive next steps/an eventual offer. The group phone interview was intimidating, as there were at least 7 individuals on the phone, and it was difficult to gauge their perceptions (as you are able to do in an in-person interview).

Interview
Applied in Jan/Feb of my senior year of college. Heard back about for an interview early April, and was offered a position 10 days after my interview. Written test about PR writing knowledge, AP style writing. 2 rounds of interviews. First was introduction to the role/position/company, then met with appropriate practice groups for 2nd interview.

Interview
I had an initial screening with HR, a timed writing test and interviews with specific practice groups. Everyone was very friendly and my interview experience truly solidified my want to work here. I received an offer and accepted soon after my final interviews.
To start the process, you need to connect with the Talent Acquisition team first. Then, you have to speak to the public relations team's manager. Finally, you will have to take an evaluation test that will test your public relations knowledge with challenging questions. This process is competitive, but it is necessary to secure the position.
