Met Ford at campus career fair and in about a week they contacted me for an on campus interview. The first round is all behavioral and straight to the point. Two people interviewed me and asked a lot of scenario type questions and previous experiences. Also, there are multiple rounds

No really difficult questions, just know your resume.
one round interview process. One hour interview across the technical and all other soft skills questions. Technical part covered more about the previous work experiences and projects I did. Soft skill questions included the project management and the previously project example.
One one one with a senior member from the engineering team during a national engineering conference in the southeastern united states.
Two round interview. Was pretty straight forward. No curve balls.

Interview
There were three interviewers, all behavior questions and last 30 minutes. The interview was shaky because the questions were unusual but they were supportive of the answers and very communicative.
