one round interview process. One hour interview across the technical and all other soft skills questions. Technical part covered more about the previous work experiences and projects I did. Soft skill questions included the project management and the previously project example.

Applied for the position online. A 10-15min telephone screening with a recruiter shortly after applying, followed-up with a 3 panel face-to-face interview at their Talent Center.
The interview was very well structured with relative situational questions asked, broken up to two sections: technical experience and behavioural tendencies. Questions could be difficult to answer if work experience is limited.
After the interview, lunch was provided and you are given the option to visit the Ford Rouge tour.

There were three interviewers, all behavior questions and last 30 minutes. The interview was shaky because the questions were unusual but they were supportive of the answers and very communicative.
