I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Ford Motor Company (Detroit, MI) in Oct 2023
Interview
The interview process at Ford typically involves multiple stages, starting with an initial online application followed by a screening call or email. Successful candidates are then invited to one or more interviews, which may be conducted virtually or in-person. These interviews often combine behavioral and technical questions, focusing on both soft skills and specific job-related competencies. Ford may also include assessments or group exercises depending on the role.
One interview over webex and they asked about Operation Research and Data Science. Supply Chain and Logistics was also a part of it. Data Analysis was also required. So it was a combination of all of these!
