I've read other Glassdoor reviews regarding the "odd" (others use stronger words) choice of questions, and decided to give it a shot to see for myself. I passed the tech interview and was offered to schedule a virtual onsite.
What put me off and made me decline to continue was the incessant emphasis on "why/how you align with Forward" and "what kinds of other companies are you applying to" etc., which mirrors the negative experiences reflected by other Glassdoor reviews.
