I applied online a month or so before I graduated from university. A friend had worked there, and he gave me a glowing recommendation. I received an email to schedule a phone interview. I passed that. The last phase is to have an interview with the head of the Best Practices team. She was great! It included a writing/editing test. I was offered a job a few weeks later.
