Multi-step interview process. The initial phase was simple an introductory online video chat. The second phase is an in person interview with a mock lesson plan. Everything was going well, however after leaving the second in person interview I did not receive any type of update regarding my application.

First contact was an email to schedule a phone interview. At the end of the conversation, we scheduled a meeting for a mock lesson. They provided a topic and a student profile to create the lesson, as well as a couple writing prompts. I gave the mock lesson to a student on campus and continued with an in-person interview afterwards.
