After I applied online their HR contacted me via email. Organized a technical phone interview with someone located in Netherlander. The interview took more than an hour, full of technical questions. Start from OSI layer1 to layer4. Typical layer2 questions like ARP, DHCP. Then questions about BGP and OSPF. The last 30 min of the interview was about the job itself. Location was work from home or in their new office in Sydney. Team was a group of two other engineers one in Europe one on the US with no one to report to. They started their business in Aus recently, so it was going to be unorganized. In the end, their HR didn't come back to me. I emailed them, asked them for a result, then they replied with an automatic system that told me I wasn't selected. That's it! So I assume whatever everyone says in this page about their HR is correct.
