Interview
Initial contact with a recruiter, 2 phone screens before an in person interview.
The phone screens were introductory, the in person interview was more detailed and in depth.
The process was relaxed in tone and presentation but thorough on my experience and technical / customer service aspects.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Fuze (Sydney)
Interview
Ultimate bad company to interview for. I can't imagine a worse experience.
They organise a good 5 phone interviews over 2 month period, most asking no technical questions or anything. Then an in person interview. Then if passing that, they wanted to wait another few weeks to chat with someone else.
After the in person interview, they rejected me because my knowledge of X skill wasn't sufficient. They blatantly didn't even ask me about this skill in any chat or discussion.
Really weird company that I would definitely avoid.
