There is a video interview, followed by 3 virtual interviews. The process is quite drawn out but once you join the company you can see why. They have a big focus on company culture and want to make sure that they hire the right people.

Interview
It was a 5-question video interview. You can practice first for as long as you want before the recording. But once you begin, you can't pause. You were asked a question and you got 30 seconds to think, then the recording will begin.
