Interview
Applied after receiving information from a college recruiter, received a phone interview shortly after. pretty basic (past experiences etc...) then got a request for a 1 on 1 at Woodbury NY. Before the interview they gave me a skills test that took 45 mins of which i was not expecting as the hr rep on the phone interview never mentioned it. After that they gave me my one on one interview as i passed the first skills test. I passed the interview and came back the next week for another skills test which i passed, they then asked me to observe some one on the job then gave me a final face to face interview where i found out they were interviewing me for the Claims rep position and not the Liability Claims position! I told them straight out and showed them the Emails I received from them explaining that I applied and thought i was being interviewed for the liability claims position which has a much higher salary than the claims position. interview ended right then as they were interviewing me for a position I had no desire for.
Over all they have a lengthy extensive and unprofessional interviewing process, and are very unorganized!

Tell me about a time that you faced a difficult situation and how did you deal with it?
I aced the computer-based test. It was stuff that I knew from my years in retail. During the first interview, I was told that they could not find a manager for the second interview and excitedly told me if I did not hear from them to call them Friday of that week. That day I was sent a denial in an email and was frankly disappointed that they got my hopes up for a second interview.

Interview
Very long interview process. After applying you are invited to do a personality test and run a simulation program to test multitasking. You are then scheduled to do a phone interview that lasts about an hour mostly focusing on what you would do in hypothetical situations and previous work experience. After this, you are scheduled for a role-play interview online which can be very tricky and definitely the hardest part of the interview process, try to read the documents provided thoroughly and take notes. After that you do a video interview with a hiring manager answering further questions. I took me about 2 weeks but you can theoretically schedule everything in the same day.
