applied online, received an email next day to schedule phone interview. HR person called,conducted phone interview, put me on hold for 5 mins maybe, and told me to come for skill and/or other tests. I passed computer test( had no clue when it was "practicing" and when was "for real"), had one on one interview, passed that too, and was asked to do mock call test. called me next week, told me that i passed that too, and if im interested to come and do job shadowing, and have an interview with department manager (final one).
