I applied online. I interviewed at GEICO (Tucson, AZ)
Interview
Applied online and after one month of I hearing nothing form them I walked into the local officer to follow up. I was told by an HR associate that they would call me for a phone interview.
I was called a week later to do a simple phone interview which I passed. I was given an appointment for a second round of interviews. The second set of interviews consisted of a role playing session where I was given a scenario to memorize and play the role of an agent on the phone. I had no experience in customer service prior to role play but it was still pretty simple.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The process was not difficult at all. If I had to say something it would have been the role playing session not because it was difficult, but because I was not prepared for it because I was unaware of it.
There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.

Interview
You first fill out an assessment test. The assessment test isn't difficult; there are a few parts to it. First is the reading tables section. It asks you a question about the table and based on that you pick one of the four answers. This part is timed so you want to pace yourself a little bit. The other part is picking the statement that describes you the best, then the second-best statement out of three statements. Overall, this did not take long.
