I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at GEICO (Washington, DC)
Interview
The interview process was long (about four months). This was my process: online application, additional details via email, phone interview, online test, interview at HQ. At HQ, you have a day of interviews (about five) where you learn about the departments and go over the online test. The response after the final interview took about a week.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Have you taken the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator assessment? If so, what was the result?
Given basic Questionnaire to answer, then some old-fashioned Excel test where you are given things you likely haven't been really exposed to, considering you are applying for an entry-level position
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at GEICO (Croton-on-Hudson, NY)
Interview
The process was quick and simple. Performing well on the excel assessment definitely helped move me along in the interview process (the excel assessment is more a pricing assessment). HR was helpful, too. Note: if you say you are proficient in a software or language, they will probably ask you some questions!

Question 1
Can you explain the basics of pricing and reserving and how they differ?
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at GEICO (Chevy Chase, MD) in Mar 2020
Interview
The interviewer appeared to be condescending the whole time. No feedback and no emotion. Unpleasant experience. But had to admit that I did not fully prepare especially when the interviewer asked me to name a restaurant near the workplace.
