Interview
First I applied online and then came to my college's career fair in person to meet and hand in a physical copy of my resume. An interview was scheduled for the next day and I received a pre-interview call with some questions. I came to the appointed time and sat in the waiting section, then walked into the interview area with 3 representatives including a hiring manager and two people who are directly associated with the program. At the end, they asked me for questions and then ended the interview with tips on

Interview
The process goes application, pre examination interview, examination, post examination interview, regional interview, and finally regional officer interview. It was a lot but everyone I spoke was incredibly encouraging and nice!

Phone interview, two zoom interviews, second one about an hour or so and the final one. Very nice final interviewer, able to give another answer if they did not like the first one you gave, typical interview questions and in depth review of the program
