Question 1
At Geico every call needs to be perfect 5/5 stars. Supervisors will be listening to every call and giving you feedback/instructions after every call, making sure you meet metrics etc. Are you okay being micromanaged/ how do you feel about being micromanaged?
If you have more than a 20 min commute, at each stage in the interview process each person will ask you the same question but 3 times just slightly different wording. How do you plan to be on time? Are you mentally prepared for the commute explain? Are you really sure you're okay with that commute?
A clients rate went up $60 due to an accident where they backed into their neighbors mailbox. They call in upset about the increase in price. Word for word what would you say to this client.
There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at GEICO in May 2026
Interview
You first fill out an assessment test. The assessment test isn't difficult; there are a few parts to it. First is the reading tables section. It asks you a question about the table and based on that you pick one of the four answers. This part is timed so you want to pace yourself a little bit. The other part is picking the statement that describes you the best, then the second-best statement out of three statements. Overall, this did not take long.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GEICO
