I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GEODIS (Belgrade, Central Serbia) in Apr 2024
Interview
Very easy. There is only one interview with HR, team lead and manager. Questions are basic and very easy. Overall the interview lasts only about half an hour at most.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at GEODIS in Jun 2025
Interview
Even though the interview process was neither positive nor negative, it was particularly weird. I have been recruited via LinkedIn and went on two interviews. Never got an offer or heard from them for a year and a half. After that, the same recruiter called me and asked me if I was still interested in scheduling an interview. I have accepted because I did not find another job in the meantime anyway, so we had only one additional interview this time. I had a chance to speak only to HR, and the person who was supposed to be my manager did not bother to spend more than 5 minutes with us. That should have been a red flag for me. Unfortunately, accepted the offer and was bullied into quitting a few months after that. However, the interview experience was okayish and the interview is not at all difficult.
