Interview
The hiring and interview process was pretty smooth. I was contacted by the head recruiter to schedule an interview and the process was seamless from that point going forward. I had 3 interviews with 2 AJG employees in each interview. Following the interview, I was contacted within a week or so with notice that I had been offered the position.
2 rounds. One phone call with younger producers, one with the presidents of each division in which you rotate between 2 rooms. Both were online (on Zoom or phone). Not really technical, more behavioral and character based.

It is a great way to get experience talking to many high-level people at a national company. The first screening process is easy enough, but the second round is with six other people. There are three rounds, and it is all behavoral.

What is your biggest weakness that your friends would say about you?
There were 4 rounds- one phone call, 3 teams meetings. Everyone was extremely friendly and asked questions to get to know you better. There were no curveballs or tricky questions.
