I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gallup in Oct 2010
Interview
Several people mentioned that the Gallup phone interview is difficult of tough, but i strongly disagree. it was truly a behavioral interview, where the company really gets to know you. It was about 40 minutes of the interviewer drilling me with questions about experiences, personal preferences, and "tell me about a time when...." Most of the questions were pretty predictable. The difference between this interview and other is the lack of immediate feedback. You have absolutely no idea if you gave a good or bad answer, so just relax, be honest, and be yourself.
The Interview process is overly long - a candidate has to go through multiply technical assessments and then after that, 3 rounds of interviews? Making candidates jump through too many hoops but treating them as disposable
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gallup (London, England)
Interview
the process was very straightforward, I was accompanied by Tony the whole time, I first met with him and then with the hiring manager for a second interview, finally I was asked to present before a panel and answer questions.

Question 1
Prepare a presentation for a client explaining engagement
After completing the online tests, the interview process was relatively straightforward. Communication about the process was easy and clear, and the questions weren’t particularly difficult. Everyone whom I interviewed with was friendly and welcoming, even though I didn’t ultimately receive an offer.
