I interviewed twice. The first time is a phone interview and second time is a video call on Skype. Pretty standard interview questions. On time and friendly staff who got right to the point. Both interviews were around 30 minutes a piece and provided a lot of details about the position.

A time when you had to deal with a difficult customer what was the complaint, how did you deal with it and what was the outcome.
It was a very easy process. Mine was a group interview with a few questions about experience and situational hypothetical scenarios. Only 1 interview and was hired the same day.

Easy interview seem to care about emotional intelligence and people skills, behavioral questions for most of the interview. They were friendly and easy to work with, and got offer very quickly after

Interview
It went well, lots of questions but followed up to be very informative on thier end. They were well prepared and didn't feel bothered to take time and answer all my concerns.
