I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Gartner (Fort Myers, FL) in Jun 2018
Interview
It was easy and was your typical behavioral interview question. they use the same role play every year so if you know someone who worked/works there ask for help. In addition, they want somene who is a champion and self starter so make sure you share those soft skills. If you get rejected you usually don't get an email though.
Very informal, very unprofessional, and it seemed like the interviewer was trying to rush through it to get to something else. The interviewer acted like I was inconveniencing her by asking questions about the role and how in translates into full time employment down the line.
I applied online. I interviewed at Gartner (Phoenix, OR) in Oct 2025
Interview
They asked STAR questions about your school or professional experience. They asked me how I managed skills and demonstrated leadership. The interview was not easy, but not hard. I would say prepare ahead of time.
Supportive recruitment process and hiring team. They guided me through the process giving me a good amount of support and the supporting documentation that would be required whilst also providing actionable development points to inout as the stages of the process continued
