The process consists of five stages. It begins with the initial call, followed by a follow-up to ensure clarity. The third stage is a presentation where you present your ideas or solutions. Throughout these stages, it’s essential to ask lots of questions to understand the client’s needs thoroughly and to tailor your approach accordingly. Engaging with thoughtful inquiries will not only provide insight into their expectations but also foster stronger communication. This approach ensures you're well-prepared, enabling you to address any concerns and offer solutions that align with their objectives. Each step helps build rapport and trust.
