It was clean process, Being in remote city I have given two technical rounds and one HR round. First round was a skype round where I was being queried about my skills and the projects I have worked on.
Also was being queried about the latest technologies and the required skills for the profile.

Question 1
As I was giving interview for Analyst programmer for .Net profile, the questions are based on my past experience and the profile they are looking for.
Not as much impressive, I got reply too late and even though I had to call for confirmation , they had already decided to heir me. Very complex form of hiring process.
