I received a call from HR and had given interviews for two rounds. The first round went very well and the interviewer was very open-minded to discuss the things from my resume. We even explored other ways of implementing a few things from my resume. It felt more like a team meeting that you have in the same firm and made me think very positively about the firm.
This feeling changed from the second round where the interviewer is not at all eligible to take interviews. After starting the introduction for 2 minutes, he interrupted me and said "I have heard enough" and was not at all paying any attention to what I was explaining to him and kept on asking the same question multiple times which shows his lack of attention in the interview. He didn't even know the basics of conducting the interview and started taking the conversation in multiple directions asking unnecessary and unrelated questions and even after answering them he asked the same question again. Though the interview was set up for 45mins he took it for around 1Hr 15mins with all his non-sensical questions and behaviour. I would request the firm have some eligibility criteria before allowing them to interview.
