Applied through business career services on campus, was informed I was selected for an on campus interview a few weeks later. Had my on campus interview then within the week found out I was flying to Minneapolis to interview at General Mills' headquarters. I did a few online assessments before flying out then once at corporate did a role play and three interviews. Have not heard back about whether or not I got an offer yet.

Interview
- 2 on 1 for the first interview
1 of them was asking questions and 1 of them was taking notes. Felt pretty intense, they never got back to me and said I would hear back after a week. I then reached out and they responded immediately saying I did not get the job.
Applied online and then interviewed over a zoom call. Straightforward and easy. Two rounds. Some online personality questions as well. Overall a good experience. Different interview lets each round both current employees.
