Colloquio sostenuto in due step. Il primo step è conoscitivo con una spiegazione dettagliata della posizione, e con domande precise sul percorso lavorativo ed universitario. Il secondo step è più specifico perché le domande sono relative a ciò che l'hr ha spiegato della posizione.

Interview
Interview process is divided in 2 rounds: one a business case with a relatively large number of other candidates (10 in total). It was a standard one, apt at understanding your team-work skills, problem solving, few technicalities. The second step is a face to face interview with the HR manager, focused on behavioural, motivational and technical questions.
Generally the process was relatively easy, I declined the offer made (under suggestion of the HR) because too young to take it.
