I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Gilead Sciences (Foster City, CA)
Interview
Gilead came to my campus and recruited - so, anyone who submitted a resume and was qualified for the position was interviewed as far as I know. I was asked to present a 20 minute presentation on my research during which they asked technical questions. My interviewers were respectful and engaged throughout the process and overall it was a very positive experience. I didn't expect them to be too interested in me as I imagine they're looking for scientists with postdoc experience so I was impressed at how professional and engaged they were throughout the interview. They primarily asked me technical questions on my research which were of easy to moderate difficulty. No behavioral questions were asked.
