Overall waste of time, no one ask about it during an interview, it takes mmore than 8 hrs and they claim it for 3 hrs. One can ask them money for those hours. Screening is done by some junior level person who has little experience, 1. sql query - simple one, but she ask open ended questions which made no sense. One should ask, what is the score for sql and score for other q. Anyone you do wrong you fail so why waste time for 60 min. 2. next steps all functional and open ended questions overall very bad experience, they will make you wait for a month , so ask the recruiter to complete everything in 2 days or forget it.
