Submitted via LinkedIn, received email response few hours later from Senior Recruiter for initial phone conversation, meeting set 3 days after submittal, open discussion about role and experience, received email 4 days later to move forward to Next Steps, First zoom interview with hiring manager set 8 days after, received email to reschedule, pushed 5 days later, zoom call with hiring manager (VP), 30-35 minutes, went well and hit it off, next day received email from HR Coordinator to move forward in interview process, next round 6 days later with peers, (4 calls, all separate days) first 2 calls met as scheduled and went well, and chemistry with both, next 2 calls were rescheduled, 3rd call scheduled and confirmed, joined zoom meeting at time, waited 20 minutes, GHX employee never joined, 4th meeting confirmed with separate employee, day before received email from Sr. Recruiter that they will skip this interview as team is busy, email also stated I was one of top 3 candidates, and they were looking to have final decision end of following week, thanked her for update, received reply 2 hours later that she confirmed with hiring manager that I only needed to meet the first 2 IT members to complete the interview process and were set on their end and more to come with next week!!! Sent follow up email 9 days later, no response, not even a canned rejection letter, Ghosted. Time frame: First contact, October 24th, follow up email December 8th, last response from GHX, November 29th.
