Basically you can walk in and fill out an application, after its completed they will give you typing test and have you read a script to see if you have good phone etiquette. If you pass you will then have a one on one interview to discuss your experience and asked a series of questions. Once completed they will let you know that they will give you a call if interested. Got a call within two days and was placed on an account called Connections Academy.
