Sabiendo que no es una gran empresa para alguien con experiencia, igual decidí aceptar la invitación del recruiter de buena gana
Fui honesto en la entrevista en cuanto a mis pretenciones; el recruiter insistió en que hiciera una entrevista o evaluación técnica antes de proceder, lo cual me pareció bien
El problema empezó con que no me mandaron una evaluación técnica, sinó un cuestionario que debía responder contando sobre mi experiencia laboral, con preguntas típicas de behavioral y para colmo muchas cosas que ya le había respondido al entrevistador; respiré profundo y traté de hacer el test de la mejor manera posible, que me llevó más de media hora.
A los días el recruiter me escribe "Lamentablemente, nos confirmaron que las búsquedas se centrarán en posiciones mid level por requerimiento del cliente en estos momentos"
Para qué contactás a alguien de más de 10 años de experiencia si buscás llenar puestos mid-level mal pagos? Les encanta perder tiempo valioso a la gente, cierto? Total ellos cobran por hacerles perder tiempo a los demás
