First "Round": A 10-minute phone call with a recruiter where they explain the interview process and very briefly ask you about your interest in the role. Very brief and seems to be more to confirm you are a real person. Recruiters are external so they seem to know very little about the company.
Second Round: A 30 minute zoom interview with the hiring manager. Overall was pretty chill and focuses on your interest in PM and banking. However, I was ghosted after this interview (never heard back and never got a response to my follow-ups). For reference, this position was for the "Marcus" sector of their business.
