The process consisted of a HireVue, followed by three rounds of interviews. Each round lasted about 30 minutes and involved two bankers. The interviews were very conversational, with most of the discussion centered on the industry and current market conditions. I later learned that they decided not to hire an intern the office in my city this summer.
